Learn how to apply simple Shiatsu & Thai Yoga massage techniques for use at home on a family member or friend. I will teach you and a partner some basic but effective ways to ease tension and stress.

2 hour re-Treats to learn self-care tools exploring mindful movement through Pilates, Qigong, stretching & breathwork. Nourish body and mind through self-acupressure and relaxation techniques to de-stress & connect with the energy of the season.

Gudrun’s Pilates classes give you as much of a workout as you need: always taking different abilities into account. I really notice it in my body when I have missed a session. Although you are on zoom you feel very connected. I would highly recommend.
