Learn how to apply simple Shiatsu massage techniques for use at home on a family member or friend. I will teach you and a partner some basic but effective ways to connect, touch and use acupressure points to ease tension, pain and stress.

Learn self-care tools and how to support your mind & body through the seasons. We will be exploring the qualities of each season according to the oriental 5 elements theory. Using acupressure points, self massage, simple qigong exercises, stretches and nutrition tips as well as mindfulness and relaxation techniques to destress. Followed by a Q&A session.
