Then these 30min stress-busting group classes are for you! I will guide you in using a mixture of gentle, mindful movement, breath, stretches, simple qigong (bioenergetic health exercises), self-acupressure, balance and coordination exercises and relaxation techniques to maintain and improve physical and emotional wellbeing.
​
We use our breath and slow, silken movements to strengthen, mobilise and energise our bodies and calm our minds.
​
These mindfulness classes are suitable for all levels and no equipment is needed. We practice these classes standing up but modification to participate sitting on a chair will be given if necessary.
​
The Calm & Flow classes are inclusive, supportive and relaxed and will give you tools to take back into your daily life to add or integrate into your own self-care routine in order to support day-to-day wellbeing.

These classes work well in any environment - if you are interested in offering these in a corporate setting - eg. as a wellbeing perk for your staff (perfect for a de-stressing lunchbreak) or after work classes - please get in touch
